These links will explain our basic procedures for the services listed below. In most cases, depending on size, our Remove/ Replace and Addition projects take three days to complete. Here's why. The first day, the asphalt/concrete is removed or the addition is dug out, and area is prepared for paving. Inspections are done the following day. (You can usually drive on the base gravel until the asphalt is laid)

The third day the asphalt gets installed. All asphalt is Machine laid to obtain a smooth and even mat.  Then no motor traffic for 3 - 5 days.

Overlays/Resurface are usually performed in one day, depending on size. Then no motor traffic for 3 -5 days.

Sealcoating is a relatively quick process, but it does require keeping completely off of for about 24 hrs.
