All of our work is covered by a ONE YEAR WARRANTY!

Unless specified differently on rare occasions

We Propose hereby to furnish material and labor - complete in accordance with job specifications. All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work is to be completed in a workmanlike manner according to standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from job specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the job estimate. All agreements contingent upon strikes, accidents or delays beyond our control.

Our workers are fully covered by Workmen's Compensation Insurance!

We assume the right to withdraw any proposals that have not been authorized within 30 days!

OUR WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER REPAIR OF:

Normal expansion cracks (3/8 inch or under)

Damage arising from heavy vehicles, such as dump trucks or from improper care such as sharp objects or spillage of gas / oil

Puddling or bird baths in the surface that are under 3/8 inch deep and dry up within 24 hours of dry sunlit weather

Power steering marks ( Scuffs in pavement due to turning front tires of vehicle while standing still )
